Volquez is the pitcher that I am afraid could be a weak link for the NL. Hope he does well.

Highest OBP without being selected to an All-Star Game (minimum of 2500 PA) = Nick Johnson (.392 career)

Where's Guz!  Maybe he could DH.  Why is Uggla still in there?

Bwahahaha!  McCarver giving it to the Chokee fans who are booing Papelbon.

Then again, I hate the Red Sox, too.  I should've spit on Fenway Park when I went to Boston a few weeks ago.

Sweet!  NL up 3-2 on Gonzalez's sac fly.

Overrated is right, Papelbum.

Have to love how the Yankees fans are basically rooting for the NL.

The coverage is fascinating. Buck just had another comment about a player is unknown to the audience. On the one hand, I realize that they are catering to non-baseball fans who may be watching, but by telling the audience that a guy like Uggla is someone the audience may never have heard of because he plays for the Marlins is such a self-indictment of the Fox/ESPN coverage of baseball.

With Navarro's error, Papelbon shouldn't have been charged for an ER.  The scorer isn't an All-Star.

Im a bit thick skulled tonight, I thought you meant that Tejada shouldn't be considered an all-star, but I get it now.

Hey Chokee fans, a rookie from the team that's leading the division that you're in just tied the game.  Gotta be proud!

It will be up to Guzman to win the game for the Nationals League.

Pinch running.  This could go into extra innings.

It'd be hilarious if Rivera blew it. Won't happen though.
