Alright, Lannan is looking much better than the other night against the Orioles.  He seems to have a really bad outing like that every 8-10 starts.

He actually looked this good early in that game also so let's not celebrate just yet.

It's a shame that Bob Carpenter is taking silver linings in the hustle by Austin Kearns and Willie Harris on a weak ground out and a weak pop up.

I mean don't get me wrong I love when players hustle, but us diehards know that AK25 and Wee Willie always run things out.  Stop looking for positives and state the obvious.

I'm okay with walking David Ross there.  He - much like his non-related brother Cody - has always killed us.

I'm not ever okay with a walk. Especially preceding the pitcher.

That differential means that he likes pressure situations, which he proved last season against Bonds and the Giants.

Walk (before pitcher)= Free baserunner (to 2B)  ---> Run

That might have been the dumbest commercial I've ever seen. "Text 'cheat' (or something like that) to this number to see if your lover is cheating." WTF!

the funny thing is cueto gives up a lot of homers.  of course we haven't come close to putting a good swing on one.

For those who don't think Bernadina is hopeless, what exactly do you expect to get from him at the plate?
