Amazing win.  We have won 3 out of the last 4.  Time to go on a run.

Belliard is a joke. He's only good for handing out gum.

The gum comes with a comic, and sometimes a WALKOFF.

Try gameday for video but I have been replaying it on my DVR and some of the reactions are priceless. Did anyone see that clown with the orioles hat in LF when the ball lands?

seems that maybe that closed-door meeting had a positive effect.  I wonder what was said, besides what LoDuca said.

I don't know about that. Our offense still looked like crap. If anyone gets some funny comments from the orioles board please post them.

Awesome win! Belliard's reaction was a bit over the top, but if it gets him to play better, it's fine w/ me.

Btw, do you guys think Carpenter's walk-off call was a a bit homerish?

I don't care about Belliard's reaction. He earned it with that swing. I didn't even pay attnetion to Carpenter's call. I was celebrating the W.

What do you mean?

Everyone was talking about O's calls being over the top. I didn't understand those complaints. It's just different when you're on the other side of the fence. I thought the games were called just fine.

We left at the end of the 11th, and we heard it on the radio. Really exciting, didn't think we'd pull it out. Pretty awesome. Jaegler and Slowes were saying how a HR is how Belliard should end it.

I felt that coming, just because thats the only way we could've won lol.

...With Dmitri Young on 1st base, pretending to take a lead.
Walkoff was the only way he scores...

Belliard
Needs to get one in the numbers next year. He totally just showed up George and the O's with his walk halfway to first. And yes this is a reactionary thread.

But that is unfortunately how some players are bred these days. It all ties in with hip hop and the feeling of being a street thug. When society changes, baseball with change.

LMMFAO seriously?

blame Hip-Hop because your pitcher got owned?

ok.  I can understand feeling shown up, I guess.

but saying "it's all that hippity-hop music's fault!" is ridiculous.

But I thought that was the primary reason why we signed Belliard...
