I don't care what these stupid announcers are saying. Jones is garbage but he has completely owned us tonight.

I root for good games too but only when the Nats aren't playing although I enjoy watching teams like the Mets and Orioles lose. You don't believe in rivalries?

Sure I do. That usually equals a greater battle. I'm all about that.

Nice job, Willie. Pena would have probably let that ball drop in.

big risk by Manny. Could have brought in Manning to face Huff but he leaves his boy Ayala in. Hope it works.

It does. Good bounce back outing by Ayala.

I was on the edge of my seat for that inning.  I do not feel safe one bit when Ayala pitches.

That outing buys Luis more set up opportunities.  And that is never a good thing.

Belliard, Harris, Flop due up.  I'd say there is about a 2% chance for a baserunner.

It'd be nice if Harris could pull the ball down the RF line for a triple.

Edit: Walk works.

Harris isn't spectacular but he is doing a lot of things to help us win games. He is finally earning his roster spot.

If anyone has grown on me this year, it is Harris.  He adds so many little things, like this steal for instance.

Like that?

I know what you mean. Utility speed guys can definitely help.

I'd be really happy w/ one more run. That's all I'm asking for.

Nice walk. Fernando Cabrera is trash. Make him pay, Guzman!

He was expected to be their closer. He just got back from the DL, right?

Yeah I agree.  I could see Rauch maybe giving up one run.  Its possible he could let up two.  No chance in hell he lets up three.

He's still hitting .170 but he is finally making things happening for us. He's hitting for extra bases, drawing a few walks, stealing bags and playing solid defense.

What? He looks like a career minor leaguer to me. He had a 7.21 ERA (43.2 IP) in Cle/BAL last year and a 5.19 ERA the year before in CLE (60.2 IP).
