Belliard  leaves bases loaded with Dukes at 3rd.
 :pimp:                                      :worship:
Dukes should have stolen home...
But it's probably a violation of his probation.

At least we'll get to watch a real offense following this game. The Senators are clobbering the Reading Phillies 8-2 in the 8th inning.

another lead-off hit. Bergmann is just begging for them to take the lead.

I have to learn how to navigate that site and take advantage of all they have to offer there.

Screw that...just ask JMUalumni for answers.

3rd leadoff runner for the Angels in a row. not a good sign for Bergmann. Dont know why our pitchers have such trouble with the bottom of our opponents lineup. must be our great scouts and pitching coach

why not? his team refuses to get him a win, so he gives up on them.

That merits him mention with some of the greats but that number alone would rank him higher than Frank Robinson and Hank Aaron and I wouldn't go there because of their respective eras. He's a good one though.

It's hard to recognize a current player as one of the best ever, but he deserves to be grouped w/ those two, IMO.

agreed, if he can stay consistent (big if) he may even become our best pitcher (lannan lovers attack!)

Lackey is coming off an injury so they will be quicker to take him out as his pitch count rises.

The good thing about 2nite is the we learned that Bergmann still can pitch and if he's ever on a team that ranks higher than #30 in offense, he can win a few games. Sadly for Bergmann, he is on a team that is ranked last in the majors in almost every offensive category.
