Man, that hurt. They basically tried to give us a big inning and we completely blew it.

We suck so much ass that it's almost impossible to such any more. I'd rather lose 15-0 then strand 100 runners like we have tonight.

Awful hitting.  Especially by Dukes and Milledge.

I dont really understand why we didnt bunt with either Dukes or Milledge.  It seemed that Manny didnt hesitate to bunt last year to get runners in scoring position.  But this year he only lets the pitchers do it, doesnt make sense?

We freaking suck. That crap in Seattle was a mirage. We're back to being the lowly Nats. I don't want to hear any more bullcrap about being patient from Acta or Kasten. freak this crap.  :bang:

It's completely possible to suck more. Look at the Mariners. To bad we couldn't play them more often.

why doesn't Jesus Flores bat 3rd? he is currently the best bat in the lineup by far, w/o counting Guz.

I wish we could borrow Carlos Gomez just so he could the team to bunt.

It wouldn't make sense to bunt with Milledge but I agree we should've considered it with Dukes. Probably no difference when all is said and done though.

Your probably right, but there just seems to be a philosophical difference this year.  They used the bunt to score last year because we had no one that could hit for runs.  This year, occasionally we will knock in some runs, but other times its just like last year.  Why not scrape the barrel for some runs with a bunt, it could help jumpstart the offense.  Then again I could be completely misreading it all.

(Image removed from quote.)

Yep, the Seattle series was a fluke against a very bad team mired in a huge slump. Now that we are facing a real team we are getting the crap kicked out of us.

Nice. Looks like Rivera is going to make it a laugher. Mauer freaking owns our sorry asses.
