Almost? Come on man, don't be afraid to hop aboard the Jesus Flores train! He's now hitting .330 with 3 HRs, 14 doubles, and 20 RBIs in only 94 ABs! Not to mention he is clutch as hell.  8)

LOL I'm messing with you dude. Flores is a monster in waiting. I just wanted to see how long it would take you to quote his numbers

Let's see what Hill can do here. Usually the few times we give one of our starters a big early lead they go ahead and just get pummeled.

It's so odd to see the Nationals offense performing competently.

We got 6 runs! How many times have we done that this season?

We have scored 5 or more 25 times this season and are 18-7 when doing so

Just saw on Nats.com that Dukes called a team meeting and apologized to the team for the confrontation on Thursday... all is forgiven

Belliard has no range no matter where he plays.

That bodes well.

Two Mariners getting on base with one out, the very next inning, doesn't.

Not to bash Belliard or Boone or anything but there have been several balls that they have failed to get to in the last few weeks that Zim gets to easily. His defense is vastly underrated around here.

PERFECT DP!!

Great defense by Guzman and Lopez.
Lopez is a phenomenal defensive second baseman. If only we could use him as a Designated Fielder and have Belliard bat in his place at the plate.

We've also scored 7 runs twice this week.

Which means we can look "forward" to scoring one run tomorrow.

Hill at 42 pitches.  He's not gonna be around long in this game.

I was expecting to goto the bars to drink away a poor start by the Nats, but instead it looks like I get to celebrate an offensive explosion. Im out, enjoy the rest of the game guys....

With a lead like this I expect him to go 7. He needs to get some quick innings.
