Boone is injured?

Not that I know of.

How close was the play at second?

He got tagged out before he even made it close to second while he was beginning his slide.

Notice how we score 3 runs when AZ is gone, and then when he comes back Dukes gets thrown out at 2B ;)

No the ball bounced off Bergmann towards Belliard and he threw the ball a little high. The problem I had with the decision is that the play would've been close with a good throw but the hit was easily headed into CF for a single had it not hit Bergmann.

That's a crappy error. I'd think it will be reversed.

That's what gameday says... he left due to an injured neck/shoulder.

EDIT: in regards to the Boone Injury

I didnt hear anything about it, I thought it was just a double switch so that D-Young could bat in the 9th spot for Sanches

We WON the game when he was at it.  Maybe he just has to not be on WNFF...

We need to get out of this inning unscathed if we're going to have a chance.

Dukes' arm prevented that run from scoring there. Someone is probably jerking off over the last 3 posts. :?

I think Dukes slinging the ball in the past few times saved us a run there.
