I'd say somewhere in between there. It doesn't really matter w/ his pitching style, though. He should pitch into his forties pretty easily.

I remember how young he looked in his rookie season when the fish won the '97 Series, so 33 doesn't surprise me too much.  Eating at Mortons every day would age Merlin.

Yeah I know ... I just find it so interesting with many of the Latin American players -- it's like hey! Guess how old I am ...
