We toured the stadium during an open house last fall. The turf is really interesting (the dirt is made from crushed coconut shells). I’m looking forward to driving down for a game but I’ll miss the dumpy charm of the pfitz

I was there just a couple weeks ago. They have really come a long way. It’s definitely one of the nicest single-A stadiums I’ve seen.
Interesting. I did not know that about the grass. I need to take the tour once things get closer to normal.

Posts outside the baseball boards don't count towards your post count, so the beer discussion doesn't count

FWIW, the Nats have asked the DC mayor to authorize at least some attendance. To be negotiated. Your neighbor from the Fashionable West End of Henrico County organizes a get together at the Park when they allow us in.
