I guess no one's watching anymore so no one's going to start a Gameday thread, so here goes.

We still have something to play for.

We're 1/2 game behind the Mets and only 2 games behind the Marlins. We can still finish third in the NL East.

So let's win out!!! How 'bout it???

Well, the Mets have, mostly, just been playing like the Mets and the Marlins are worse over the last 10 games then we've been.

Frankly, it's just a race to bottom, by all three teams.

So far, we're "winning".

I'm here...but interested in the Red Sox / Yankee battle now. But since those games appear to be rained-out, I'm back to watching the Nats. LOL. Anybody watching this game on TV and see the stadium in Miami?...sheesh talk about ghost town! At least we still fill about half our seats at RFK.

and we can't score him.....damn Bennett - had a brain fart...we've have got to be the stupidest baserunning team there is....hope there is enough money to hire a baserunning coach next year - need to make them do drills forever....how many times have we seen someone (particularly Wilkerson) be picked off or make stupid mistakes on the bases......we really stink right now.....

Minimally, it should be a fineable offense.

And perhaps that baserunning coach can have a ruler in the dugout to rap them on the knuckles everytime someone does something like this. They need to feel the pain immediately!

heard the Marlins announcers say Wilkerson is only hitting .224 since the All-Star break -....I knew he'd slumped but that's pretty bad....also note that with Guzman's hitting streak and Bennett's lack of hitting - Bennett is now at the Guzman line....
