Gameday Thread: Nationals @ Padres, Game 1 (W)

This series is a lot like XTC's Black Sea.  I really like the first side, but there remains to be heard the second.  Side 2 comes tomorrow night.

   

Fantastic.  You'll like side two even more.  It has possibly the band's best-ever song in "Towers Of London" and two runners-up in "Burning With Optimism's Flames" and "Travels In Nihilon."  Plus the "big single" in "Sgt. Rock (Is Going To Help Me)."

BANG! ZOOM!  I LOVE THIS FRICKIN' TEAM!  THEY'RE GIVING US A REASON TO CARE ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE END!

Once again, Damn straight!!!

Here is something interesting and gives hope for septemer

"Guzman added an RBI triple in the ninth for his fifth multi-hit game this month.

Guzman had just four such efforts since the start of June."

Thats really good and really weird. I didnt know he was THAT BAD
