If it was up to me, her position wouldn't even exist.

in baseball it is really an unnecessary position, I'd agree.

in football, I can see the use of a sideline reporter, as well as basketball. but not in baseball.  the game moves so slow that you really don't need a sideline reporter to keep up with things.

Wouldn't mind seeing a 2-run blast from Church here.

This is the way Church played early on in the season, when he was fresh. I really believe he benefits from playing in fewer games over a long season.

Absolutely which is why we should hold on to him.  He's a good spot starter and power bat off the bench.

I wouldn't be adverse to that idea. He could help our starters stay fresh by getting 75 starts.

just for entertainment's sake..here is a pic of me from 2004 at the Health & Fitness Expo, where Wilky and Schneider were signing autographs.  I can't believe someone still had it on their computer after all this time.

I'm the handsome one in the orange.

LOL. You look like ghostface killah

They probably have intentions on having him play winter ball for a month or so.

I wish they would dump Kornheiser from the MNF broadcast. What's with all this BS of hiring wannabe comedians to broadcast football!

Maybe, if we're really lucky, they'll bring in a random celebrity and do a close-up on his face for the whole 2nd quarter, while going away from the game!!!!!!!

I know I'm wishing upon a star for it...
