one more hit please. at least.

10 runs would be nice, too.

THis game gives me really hope for the future, although rick short is kind of old, he can hit and kenny kelly could be a good outfielder and theres Ryan Zimmerman, although at the same time, it kills my hopes for the present

Okay, no big deal. We just need to stop them from scoring for two more innings and get 8 runs and we can hand it over to the chief. ;)

wow, look at the state we're in, we're all delirious, thats what a 50-31 first half followed by a 2-5000 second half will do to you

Interesting. The only hits we have had so far today are from people who haven't been starters: Zimmerman, Baerga, Kelly and Short.

Well, I was being facetious (with my "no big deal" post), just to make that clear.

it seems that when we lose, we lose horribly.

I hate always being a dismal jimmy but this two game losing streak is Frank Robinson's fault.

A Willis-Halama matchup certainly didn't favor us so the key game in this series was last night's.  Now we've lost this series regardless of the outcome of tomorrow's game because when you're behind a team and you split a series, they win.  They win the split because they're the same number of games ahead of us as they were when the series started.

We had to win last night's game but Frank didn't give us a chance.

Usually when we lose, we lose by just one run, but when we do lose but not by just one run, we often do lose horribly.
