One of the problems is that Joe Gibbs doesn't believe in luck.  He's said frequently.

I would also guess that he doesn't believe in momentum.  If you don't believe in momentum then every play is a world unto itself.  Nothing builds from things that have happened before.  And that's how you lose leads in the second halves of games with frightening regularity.

Giants miss the FG due to the heavy wind.  That figures...it will take divine wind this season to prevent us from losing.

We have a couple of British Nats fans that post here.  One of them have used it.

Well you certainly can't say that the Giants aren't giving us enough opportunities to win this one.  It all depends on whether the 'Skins want it or not.

Been burned too many times this season, I celebrate AFTER the clock expires...not before.

haha...You feel the same way I feel about people thinking we'll lose. I like my position better :) To each his own, I guess.

Positive going into the game: Root Hard During The Game - but never NEVER celebrate until the clock says 00:00.   ;)

I know what you mean!  Ever since I watched some playoff games, where I think it was the Patriots.  They'd like score 3 times and sometimes I think twice in the last 30 seconds!  It's crazy, but I've seen it happen.  Good fortune can turn on a dime (just ask the Ravens regarding last night's game) and the Redskins who thought many times going into the last few minutes of the game that they had it made only to lose by a few points.

I don't mind my sig (not even the end) now that we won! :) It's so similar to ST in his first year or so here.

Yep although Landry will probably be fined.. Him and Smoot owned Plaxico's soft ass all game.
