I'd actually rather have Cabrera bat in this inning rather than the ninth.

I wonder what Marlins tickets go for these days. I'd probably be there every day if I could get em for like $2 or something.

But really, would winning 1 or 2 games more than last year show that much improvement? I think we've already accomplished what we needed to, record-wise, and need to use this month more-so for evaluation purposes. We need to give the young guys like Maxwell more playing time to see how they do against MLB talent.
yeah it would considering last season we were actually trying to win and had wild card aspirations, and this season we were trying to win but moreso evaluate or player. Player evaluation was tha main priority this season. Ths season was a setup season for next season.

My brother lives in Tampa and he says they call him offering to give away tickets if he'll only show up. I'm sure it's the same in Miami.

 to PC for his 8K post. He's approaching hallowed ground (10K, a mountain which I believe only Sens has conquered).

I hadn't noticed.

That was EXACTLY how he responded earlier THIS SEASON, when I congratulated him on hitting post #6000!  PC is going to take over the world, any post now...

Steal second! Maybe Peña will follow with an opposite field RBI single.

This should be a save situation with us winning 4-1.  The two out HR by Olivo who had struck out on 3 pitches in his first AB was just sloppy pitching by Hanrahan.  The Homer by Hermida was Schneider's fault.

I don't say stuff just to be nice. I would just not say anything at all but his babies are gorgeous. They even look like they're posing for the camera.

Do we have another run in our bats? It's only a matter of time before our bullpen gives up a run.
