(According to Congress.org.) I've been expecting this; I think he has hampered Bush for some time now. Bush's loyalty to him was counterproductive to whatever sucess his administration may have in the remaining months. Therefore, I'm of two minds about this

On a personal level, however, it must be such a crushing blow for one of the highest ranking Hispanics in government.

We do offer free product to indigent patients, if your doctor requests it from us. But, I wouldn't recommend taking antibiotics just because the price is right!

I WAS KIDDING. I AM ALREADY IN THE DOUGHNUT HOLE AND PAYING CATASTROPHIC FOR THE REST OF THE YEAR AT FIVE PERCENT. PLUS SOME OF MY DOCS GIVE ME PLENTY OF FREE SAMPLES.
