With Schneider, Fick and the pitcher spot at the bottom of the lineup it feels like we're giving away 1/3 of our alloted outs.

Even with a win today, which is highly questionable, this has been an incredibly disappointing home stand, only slightly less bad than the first home stand of the season.

It's been horrendous. They are a see saw team that looks good at times but eventually reverts to their woeful ways.

That's one way of looking at it.

Nice play by Willy Mo!

When you have already-proven bad hitters, like Fick, in the lineup, you have to balance the rest of the lineup with your better hitters.  The manager has to plan ahead, if he's going to give players days off, to avoid starting multiple bad hitters in the same game.

That's great -- and of course Shawn is getting squezed -no chance this game is called fairly today

game over. 1 run is too much to ask from this lineup.

shawn is getting way too many popups.
