Langerhans is a straight up bum.  We need to put Schroeder in the starting rotation.  The guy is a quality pitcher.

That first declaration was funny but Schroder is actually tailor made for the bullpen.

nice inning, Schroder!  Why couldn't he start today's game and pitch like 3-4 innings?  We'd surely be in the game right now.

I've liked that kid since I saw him last season. I just don't know why he isn't used in more pressure situations but there has to be a reason I'm not aware of.

I don't think we need to put Schroder in the starting rotation with Hill, Bowie and Bergmann due back anytime - he is perfect for middle relief - he's been incredibly successful doing what he's doing - I wouldn't want to mess with that ...

He's a kid right -- might be wanting to bring him along slowly a bit - I remember he pitched very well last year then disappeared ... did he get hurt?

How has Langerhans stayed in the majors?  He has absolutely no plate discipline.  No matter how good his defense is, his offense is inexcusable!

I'm not sure what happened with him last season. I was surprised that he was gone. I thought it was a numbers crunch but I believe he is actually pushing 30. I guess I should not have called him a kid.

I will continue to maintain that Ryan being hit in the head has made him a different batter.

You may be right PC. I just contend that he's tougher than that and I want to extend him some credit. He was swinging at those pitchers earlier without having been hit on the coconut. But I can't totally discount your theory.

he wouldn't have crushed a ball to the opposite field if it was affecting him - and he wouldn't have hit a gapper if it was affecting him -  he's not swinging at good pitches - he needs to adjust his swing - not get a CAT Scan ...

If you'd kept Schroeder for a second inning, in the first game, we might have won.
