Very screwed up that Rauch leads our team in wins.

With 13 different pitchers in the rotation since the start of the year? Doesn't surprise me at all ...

And also that Simontacchi leads the rotation in W's, since he's been out for half the year so far.

Not with 13 starters it shouldn't.

It seems like Simontacchi has a knack for getting wins despite a high ERA...look at his career stats.

I'm not complaining mind you - I'm just surprised it isn't Chico who has pitched all year ...

Instead of just saying we are better than the Reds, I like to compare position-by-position:

SC David Ross
SC Brian Schneider

1B Scott Hatteberg
1B Dmitri Young

2B Brandon Phillips
2B Ronnie Belliard

3B Edwin Encarnacion
3B Ryan Zimmerman

SS Alex Gonzalez
SS Felipe Lopez

LF Adam Dunn
LF Ryan Church

CF Ryan Freel
CF Nook Logan

RF Ken Griffey
RF Austin Kearns

And this is based on right now, AKA I would want Kearns instead of Griffey just because of age.  So at the present time, I'd take their offense over ours.  Obviously we're outhitting them, but they're dealing with our pitching, which is better than theirs.

Same here; I don't think he's had much run support.

What Nats fan in their right mind would want to see Griffey go deep here?
