Teams come into our yard and treat it like a bandbox.

On a scale of 1-100 for power, I'd say the league average is about a 60-65. The Astros are right about there at 65-70. The Nats are about a 32.

That's generous.

Well he got out of the inning. I'm hoping for 7 innings from Bergmann.

I seriously thought Church was going to be a great power hitter. I still kind of think he'd get 30+ a year for Cincy.

Dmitri's on-base % is still climbing, great at-bat.

You should never get an out on a 2-0 pitch.

I finally get to see Chris Marrero play w/ the P-Nats next week. Hopefully he'll be the great power hitter this franchise has been missing.

He's throwing all balls now, except for Church's swing.  Not even 90 pitches.

Langerhans guesses first pitch strike after the walk, and guesses right.  Way to go Ryan!!!

Flores almost with some yard work. They must be reading the game thread and took offense to the 32 ranking given them by ronnynat

Wow, even Bergmann gets in on the action.  He's helping himself today.

The best way to help himself is get back out that mound and shut this team down. This is two games in a row the offense has come up big for him.
