Ok ... Benitez in the 8th - if there's ever a time for a rally ... this would be it

Another nice inning by the bullpen ...

Imagine how effective our BP would be if they were limited to shouldering only their share of responsibility or about 2 innings per game.

Good at bat for Lopez. Come on Church put up 2 on the scoreboard.

Hopefully that offsets Benitez and causes something positive for us. Like that walk to Church. Wow 7 walks and 10 hits and only 3 runs to show for it...  >:(

Runners on first and second with no outs shouldn't scare you...

It's sad when you're hoping for a passed ball, wild pitch, error or balk to help you score runs.

You don't gain a lot going from Logan to Batista.

Batista first-pitch out. awesome. 2 men on, no out, no runs scored. we HAVE to have the lowest avg with risp in the league, by a lot.

It just does not get any more freaking disgusting than that.. 2 good walks to start the inning and then the next 3 batters are retired on 5 pitches.. I'm sick of these stupid worthless pieces of **** ruining this team.  JB needs to seriously clean house after this game.

It's tough to watch these horrendous "performances" and not concede that we are the 'lowly' Nationals.

Actually Batista and Jimenez should be the first to go.
