I don't get letting Palmquist pitch to Dominguez, Wells. He's not going to pitch to Rice and Grisham, so why pitch to righties here?

I saw they were selling SRO tickets and that they had a Syracuse University alumni night during this series. Syracuse! I take it that plenty of Yankees fans must be in attendance to make either of those make sense for the Nats to do.
