100% on Toboni
No 50/50 Blake is cluless on when to pull a starter or reliever and from all
Ive seen will never get it.

This team could break the record for most losses in a season with a 2 or more run lead going into the 8th

Nats pitchers just can’t get the third strike. Butera pushes the envelope and keeps his pitchers in tolong. The excuse today is he used them up yesterday.

I know the bullpen is historically bad but some of this has to fall on Butera at some point.  Why on earth did he think he'd get a second scoreless inning out of "Cole Henry?"

Nope. Henry and Beeter are the only arms left. Everyone else got used too much the last couple days. Again, this is on Toboni for holding on to Cornelio, Lawrences, and Palmquist (each with an ERA over 7) instead of getting a fresh arm.

Henry shouldn’t be on the club.   He sucks.  Had his shot

Blake is clueless

He might be a good manager some day but I think he's just not ready for this role. He's been put in a terrible position by Toboni but you can't just sit there over and over again and watch your guy just implode and do nothing. This has happened too many times. He just watches as a guy slowly gives the lead away. Its insane.

He's fine in one inning spurts. Not his fault he got hung out to dry. He's still doing better than two other relievers.

12 runs not being enough is extremely pathetic.

CJ has to be more patient there. You can't swing at that.

Baseball replay is such an odd thing. I'm not even sure how you could tell if he was out or not? lol

Has any other team given up more runs in the 8th and 9th innings this year or ever?
