You dont waste leads like this by keeping in bull pen arms that are not that good in far longer than they should be in a game .

There are two other relievers with ERAs over 7 that you could have optioned for a fresh arm. Why the freak are you throwing the guy who had TOS AND has had fatigue-related arm issues this season for a second inning?!?
