Someone in SABR just speculated that Tampa has decided that it is an inefficient use of money to load up on home run hitters and strikeout pitches. He suggests that Tampa has shifted to speed, base-stealing, and ground-ball pitchers.

Any opinions?

Nusbaum says Cavalli has food poisoning but they are hoping he can start tomorrow. Mikolas to follow Poulin tonight.

Normal rest for Mikolas. Just won't get the extra day. He'll go 2 more times before he gets a 5th day off.
