At least we get a good rematch and colonial grudge match tomorrow (France vs Morocco).  Spain vs Belgium on Friday could be considered a colonial grudge match if you go back 500 or so years  :P

Morrocan brings down Mbappe in the bos, although the Moroccan touches the ball. VAR review for a PK

Morroco cannot get out of their own half. No shots, no corners.

1st half, I'd say Bono gave Morocco The Edge.

Entire half played in Morroco's end, although the starts whow that Morroco had the ball 51% of the time. I think Morocco is playing for the tie, and then aiming for a shootout.

Morocco just defenders seemed lost when France had the ball, like they moved in mysterious ways.

This is Spain against the Spanish Netherlands, that section of the Low Countries that Charles V and Phillip II held during the long, long war of the Spanish Empire, "Holland" (The Seven Provinces), and England.

A pausa hydracion, meaning time for a beer, and Spain scores. Not surprising. Spain is a heavy favorite.

And now infaccion, muy peligrosa. Spain get a shot in very close to the box.

And a Telemundo announcer gives Lamine Yamal applause for wriggling away to put a shot right beside the outside of the post.

And then Belgium equalizes!!! "Goooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo oooooooooal"

Cucaracha to Real Madrid next season...good riddance, what a pest  :P

Belgium seems to already be finding cracks.  Big Man will presumably come on after 70 or so minutes?

Just missed a handball by Spain in their box. Used his arm to control a bounce down to his feet.
