helmet popped off and hit him in the face while sliding. There was also a little contact with the 3B in the shoulder but it looked like it was just the mouth bleeding that was the problem

What are the laws in DC regarding female toplessness? I know a few states have passed motions or laws or whatever granting the same freedom to women that are already enjoyed by men in public. I would consider a trip to DC and my +1 would probably find it insanely hilarious to join in.
