With Lovelady opening, Marlins have put Hernandez at leadoff and dropped Hicks down in the lineup. Hernandez of course homered off Lovelady yesterday.

Nats go with a routine lineup against RHP, with Vivas playing 2nd instead of Nunez. Crews controls right and Lile DHs. Mead breaks up a string of 4 lefties by hitting 3rd.

After a bad start of the year, Mikolas had a respectable May: 23 IP, 93 batters faced, 2.74 ERA, 3 HR, 3 BB, 13 K, .227 / .247 / .386 against

What an ominous sign. This is like early April. Mikolas still sucks and Lovelace can’t throw strikes. Is this the start of a losing streak that will put us below .500 for the remainder of the season. It was fun while it lasted
