Take a look at the Borgeshulte thread. Young has added 1.5 MPH to his swing and made other tweaks working with Driveline. He did it on his  own, then this staff helped build on it. He's changing his profile as a MLBer.
didn't we hire everyone from Driveline?

Good to see Werth staying involved in baseball along with horse racing.

This is hard to believe. Just don't drive this pitcher out of the game. Not yet.

Amazingly, Crews' pop-out was the fastest swing of the day.

I wish we could just have a normal pitching staff. Running relievers out there all the time is kind of annoying. I guess we were spoiled for about a decade there prior to the sell off.

Young would have beat that out the DP if he wasn't a bulked-up HR hitter.

Lile sucks. If he can’t hit a dinger off this guy send him to Rochester. 😂

I thoroughly enjoy reading other teams forums during games this year. We’ve scored the most runs in baseball and somehow their fans are shocked when we score a bunch of runs. It’s like the only thing we’re good at lol

Would have let Poulin go another inning, and have had Littell finish it out

For fun, here's the exit velo on the Nats XBH tonight:

Wood HR - 107.7 (412')
LGJr 2B - 98.9
Mead HR - 105.3 (401')
Young HR - 101.3 (389')
LGJr HR - 108.1 (352')
CJ HR - 109.8 (403')

Crews's single topped 100 MPH as well.

Littell has to give us at least 6 innings.   If he can’t, we need to ax him

Franny mentioned John McDonald on the Guards staff. He's the guy Nunez has been compared to
