Tyrone Taylor looking after Morabito and ignoring the ball on the GS probably because he knows the Mets  are going to get another shot at Griffin and get more runs.

I’m out. This is gonna be a brutal game. Mets starter has been lights out and hasn’t allowed more than three runs in a start so our offense is gonna be non existent.
can someone get in touch with RDG and tell him the game is interesting?

In my many years of watching baseball I’ve never seen an inside-the-park grand slam.

Our secret weapon, lifelong Nats fan Nick Morabito (Gonzaga HS) catches a foul ball to allow Lile to score.  Thanks Nick!   ;)

Was the right play to get the out on the foul down the line and let the runner tag or was the right play to let it fall foul with the runner on 3rd? I think the catch is still the right play. it's early and avoiding the extra pitches and big inning.

I see you didn't leave. Good!

I went out for a walk but turned Charlie and Dave on just in time.

Happy to be proven wrong about this game :)

I wondered the same thing and I concur. There are definitely situations where the fielder needs to let it go though.

You probably heard this too, but Michael A. Taylor had one.

Semien has made no errors since last April. Now two on one play
