García out, Meade in. Hmm.
I think they like Mead's D better. Yesterday, late, when they PH for Nunez and brougth in Garcia on D, they moved Mead to second, the more challenging position. I figure they might like his fielding better altogether.

Parker in. I think they try to go with him in the 7th, then something like Varland and Lovelady depending on the match ups.

I will guess they don't want to burn up both Parker and Poulin for a couple of days.

Got an off day tomorrow, then Cavalli Tuesday. Will need one or both for Mikolas's day Wednesday

Tobinis’ first order of business is to fill the black hole at catcher whether during the season or the offseason with a FA.

As stated earlier in another post, I don't trust dude. I think that he has been hired as PR/to cover for Lerner's cheapskate ways.

Let's see if Ford is as good as most people have been saying the past few years. Best case, he's  up in a month and Lomavita progresses  to AAA.

He is batting ,179 with an OPS of .500. I rather have Adams up.

1 month in the cold in Rochester. He's got a track record. I'm n ot saying today. I'm saying if he goes back to his track record in a month or two, that  might be your answer.

Nice job by Nas again. Thought they were going to strand CJ after the Lile roll over.

yes, he's had a bad week. .167 with no walks since 4/25, before the 0-3 today.

Until the 1958-59 offseason, Camilo Pascual had to pitch the full Cuban League season. He argued to the skin-flint Calvin Griffith that he could pitch better for the Nats if he made enough to skip offseason baseball. Calvin G. finally agreed, and Pascual became one of the ace pitchers in the AL.

Wow! Exhale. That 9th was touchy...

Could CJ have made those plays that Nassim made at second?
