Looks like they  aren’t communicating out there. It almost happened again with Wood and Vivas.

That one was clearly Lile’s ball.  Either he didn’t call it or Nunez didn’t hear him.  Happens in Wrigley.

Reminds me in high school we had one soft spoken player name Omar. Dude was jsut quiet. He was our center fielder.  That miscommunication on a fly ball Happened twice. Once with the 2b and the other with the rf. Both said they didn’t hear him call it and he said he called it twice. Coach ripped Omar a new one and told him for now on I want to hear you calling it from the dugout.

Lol next fly ball in shallow center , I hear back the freak up, I got it and everybody just bust out laughing.

Helps to swing the bat.  But that was right down the middle. He can’t hit the high hard ones. It’s that big loopy swing we wondered about when he was in the minors.

Nunez chipping in with some offense. He's not the black hole  in the batting order he seemed to be when we drafted him.

Miles Mehkolas done. Not all his fault, but 3 BBs that all score, with 2 not having anything to do with the D. Add in a dong, and it was meh even without the errors in the sun.
