I just don’t think anyone would sign him to a major league deal.
For 800K, yea, they would. Lots of teams need pitching at this point.

via Nats Talk: Early heading to WPB to throw a bullpen tomorrow. Assuming it goes well he'll then head out on a minor league rehab assignment.

Butera said he passed concussion test but was feeling dizzy during game, better after.

What's the latest on Gray?  Is there any chance he gets some innings this season?

Wood felt a pull on his left side. Heading for imaging tomorrow. Wiemer is still on the 40

Sounds oblique-ish. Probably need to IL him and call up Wiemer.

10 day IL for Wood. Surprisingly it's Pinckney getting the call. He's earned it.

I think they opened a 40 man  roster spot when Franklin was traded.

Any updates on Herz?

Via reporter Kyle Williams, Herz threw another BP last Wednesday.

Parker had a brace procedure on his UCL (I think that's what Trevor Williams had as well)?

Also saw that Poulin's MRI showed no damage to his UCL. 4-6 week return expected.

So Herz goes back to a rehab assignment soon?

Also, 4-6 weeks basically means Poulin's season is over.

Blake Butera said the Connelly Early experienced had forearm tightness in his live bp. He did not take himself out of the game, and Butera said they are being “ultra cautious” and hitting pause for now.

And there it is
