Stanford closer Trevor Moore is signing with the Nationals. He pitched to a 3.92 ERA with 48 strikeouts to 23 walks over 43.2 innings. Mid-90s with cut-ride and a good slider.

Indiana lefty Tony Neubeck is signing with the Nationals after pitching to a 3.95 ERA with 75 strikeouts to 27 walks over 70.2 innings. Low-to-mid 90s fastball with carry plus a slider, changeup and cutter. Changeup tore through hitters this spring.
