Makes some sense for the Red Sox, especially if they lose one or both of Bregman and/or Story. Astros have the Crawford boxes too. NYY should try to get Schwarber and play him at 1st

my impression is they weren't unhappy with Snitker, so turning to a disciple makes sense.
