I think it's time to just admit Irvin and Parker belong in the bullpen. You can't be an effective starter when you throw 91

Irvin is fine in the rotation.  He’s a workhorse.   Neither guy is throwing 91.  They both top out at 95.   It isn’t Parker’s stuff that is killing him

Dude is throwing batting practice. He can't "top out" at 95. He needs to sit 95.

I never understood how a pitcher makes an error and then any runs following are unearned? He is pitching he earned it himself. he earned those runs
