That’s a darn good loss. Utah is tanking hard.  They had one guy resting for “injury management”. We don’t want to win any games this year. Keep the faith.

Watching Celtics Spurs and thinking that the lottery made the Spurs in the same years it screwed the Wizards, yet somehow the Spurs are viewed as well run for lucking into Wemby and Harper

Wizards give up 83 points to Ban Adebayo.  Second most ever. Well done tank commanders.

They also lucked into Tim Duncan when David Robinson was injured that one year.

Adebayo took 43 free throws. I didn't think there were that many fouls to give.

Would anyone be shocked if the league punishes DC, Utah, and Brooklyn by dropping them out of the top 4 picks?

My kid's 2nd grade basketball league is giving away free tickets to Bulls vs Wizards on August 7. Can't believe one of those teams is actually going to win that game.

Watching what is happening with Atlanta, are we still considering extending Trea?

Job well done so far. Let’s keep it up the last few games.

We will see how it goes with Trae next year.  A short term extension would not be crazy because they are still at least a couple years away from contending for real.  And no other huge contracts on the payroll.  Assuming Davis is gone sometime next year.

Really want Dybantsa. Boozer seemed not so great against the athletic guys on UConn.  I’m sure he wil be a decent NBA player. Caleb Wilson would be good also. Petersen seems the wild card. Talented PG but Kansas had him at shooting guard. And how legitimate were his injuries and sitting out?  I don’t think Bub Carrington is a PG on a contending team.  Acuff seems a Trae clone.

I will trust in the front office.  They seem to be making the right moves so far.

Welp we made it to first place! Well done boys.

Important thing is to stay in the top three which seems likely now.

This final stretch is so blatant that I’d be shocked if the league doesn’t drop the wizards out of the top 4 picks

Won’t happen. No worse than what other teams are doing.
