I like Keyshawn.

I like him too, but I don’t think he’s a starter on a team with title aspirations an after the years of dog crap basketball that Ted has inflicted on fans, that better be the goal

Snapped a 14 game losing streak last night. Now to see if they can top it with a 15 game losing streak.

you realize that team last night gave a lot of playing time to a 2nd rounder (Walsh), and guy cut by the Kings (Quetta), a low 1st rounder (Pritchard), plus an undrafted FA (Hauser). I forget if White was a 2d. Marco f'ng Gonzalez. What the Wiz need is a Brad Stevens

The need a lot more than that. This league is the anti-parity league right now with OKC at something like 21-1 and the Wizards and a whole bunch of other teams with fewer than 5 wins.

They are tanking without extra first round picks because they were too dumb to trade their only asset when he had value. They are taking on bad contracts while receiving nothing that will help them in return and they also seem to pick right after the last transformative player gets taken. They’re the generals

The Thunder could end up with three lottery picks this year - if they don’t screw it up (à la the 2012 Harden trade), they could have a dynasty

You keep saying that but they had three first round picks in 2024 and two in 2025.  They will be picking near the top again this year. Hopefully they have a little better luck.  Everyone wanted them to tank for years and they finally started. Be patient.

Like they picked near the top last year after Flagg, Harper, and Edgecomb were gone? I’m supposed to be excited that they managed to load up on picks in what is widely considered to be the worst draft in decades? Compare their assets to the Rockets or Thunder or the Jazz. They basically have their own picks and a few heavily protected picks

They will have a top pick in 2026 in what is supposed to be a top draft. Would rather have a top three pick than multiple late first round picks. I can’t find anything to criticize with the current regime so will hold off. If they don’t improve in a couple years then it’s a failed rebuild.

Will they have a top pick? They didn’t last year. Is the minuscule improvement in odds worth fielding this team?

So you want them to win 30-35 games again? Don’t get that. Yea you keep trying to get the higher picks.

Now that they flattened the lottery odds? Sure. A 39 win team just won the lottery. A 36 win team got it the year befoe

Some rumors going around that the Wizards will trade for Trae Young.  CJ McCollum and some other pieces.  Not sure I see the current regime doing that. They seem to like taller athletic guys.  Also could bury their chances of getting a top pick this year. They really need to hit on the pick this year.

If they trade for Trae I’m done hearing how this regime is different. He’s too short and lazy on defense and his offense isn’t good enough to overcome it.

I think he has a player option for next year and have to assume he would be gone after that.  Hopefully they can add some draft picks.

He’s a black hole on offense who makes people he plays with worse. Do you really want him playing with our young guys? Of course, if they offer the New Orleans pick, just sit him on the end of the bench for 2 years

Young is a losing player.   Be the worst thing the Wizards could do

They’re still trying to tank. So he’s perfect in that way. And can sell some tickets.

I don’t think he’s any worse influence than CJ.  And these guys are not dumb.  I mean they had been playing with Kuzma and Poole the last two years.

The Wizards have won 4 of their last 6 games. Every time they win, you can get a Bic Mac at local McDonald's for $2.50, (but only with the McD app).

I've been taking some teenage girls, daughters of African immigrants, to get the deal.

With the Buy one, get one for $1, they add french fries and chicken nuggets. That's how McDonald's makes out on their deals. They count on people buying more.
