So davey's made the Call that having Young in CF and Hassell in right isn't a big enough defensive upgrade to make it worth the loss of O relative to a Hassell / Call combo. Keeps one of your better obp guys in the lineup, in front of Wood and Abrams.

They used 8 pitchers in Game 1 and 6 in Game 2. Ideally, this constant going to the pen should blow up on them.

Edit to add: 5 relievers pitched back-to-back games.
