I appreciate he acknowledged he's gassed, but with a low 80s pitch count, we needed more length. He has to be able to go 100 pitches.

Nice for Ferrer to get out of that on 1 pitch

Davey trusts Ferrer, and Ferrer stops the fire. The skipper is going for the win in this game. I guess Henry or Rutledge will pitch the 8th, and Finnegan the 9th.
