So, which Nat is released 1st and when?

Lots of Poche v Sims speculation. Any other candidates? How about demotion to the minors? Rutledge and Nunez are exempt as injury call ups.

Same Lopez the Met who went berserk after an umpire called no-swing on a batter.Got himself thrown out, and then threw his glove into the stands. A hefty throw that tossed the glove over the netting mnear the Mets dugout. They DFA'd him immediately. Nats should do the same.

I don't think we should be jettisoning acquisitions before 125-150 ABs, but I don't have hope Bell is going to turn it around. If he doesn't, I'd punt him, call up Andres Chaparro and have a Tena/Chaparro DH platoon while giving Wood occasional DH days to get Call and Young both in the game.

He turned it around in 2021 after a bad April. I give him a longer leash. His 2d halves were better than his 1st the past 2 years. I don't see him as pressing a problem as middle relief
