He's a good friend of my son's, and transferred from VCU and re-entering the draft this year.   My son's really hoping he ends up in the Nats system!  Looks like he'll probably go around the 3rd round.

Fun to see him go 92nd to the Diamond Backs.   I didn't realize how that signing bonuses were that high that deep in the draft.   He needs to make good on a $50 golf bet he owes my son!

A friend's son went 135th in fourth round to the Dodgers in 2022 and got $382K.  Fast forward to 2025 and that same 135th pick is worth $545K...
