lol, Jays made an offer and the Nats haven't. That's crazy considering that the Jays earn all their revenue in $CAD (which is very weak right now compared to USD)
They also get 10-15 times as many viewers as the Nats get per game, and are owned by a large media company that benefits from that.
But, they are usually just the patsy in these things to help drive up the price.
