ESPN+ tonight. Subban's sartorial sensibilities aside, I've warmed up to that crew. Moose seems like he's past wanting to throw PK down a flight of stairs so the chemistry is better, or at least less fraught.

I watched the Flyers game last night on ESPN+/Hulu. Was Buccigross and some other dude in studio. No OK. Maybe he only comes out on Friday nights??

The Cap have acquired (reacquired) forward Lars Eller from the Pinguins for the Caps third-round pick in the 2027 NHL Draft and a fifth-round pick (originally from Chicago) in the 2025 NHL Draft.

The 5th round pick is basically nothing. The 3rd round could be something. But not until 2027. But team could be rebuilding by then. Seems a fair return.

He's a UFA at the end of the season so there is that, but he'll also be 36 and perhaps his sober Danish sensibilities will make for pragmatic extension negotiations. Either way, I'm 100% down with this.

Yeah...I'm glad to have Tiger back as well...essentially just for his salary. Those draft picks will be 4-5 years out from making the National, if ever, and Hershey is loaded with those guys as it is...
