I'm going to assume Morales is assigned there after missing a lot of the year.

a little quick for King, let alone Dickerson. Morales I think is a must, and Wallace should probably go. They are both short on ABs due to injuries. Cronin wouldn't surprise me. I suspect Cronin is the type of guy who could get nabbed in Rule 5 and stick on a roster as a lefty reliever.

Nats roster is out:
LHP Matt Cronin
RHP Michael Cuevas
OF Robert Hassell III
C Maxwell Romero Jr.
LHP Dustin Saenz
RHP Chase Solesky
3B Cayden Wallace

Everyone but Romero and Wallace are rule five eligible next year.

Wanted Morales too.

Big showcase for Cronin. He's the type that gets taken in Rule 5.

Good offensive debut. Not so good pitching debut:
- Hassell started in CF and went 2-4 with a SB. Hit a 105 MPH line-out in his first AB.
- Wallace started at third and went 1-5.
- Romero Jr. went 2-4 starting at catcher.

Solesky took the loss, giving up 3ER in 2IP (3H, BB, 4Ks). Cronin went a third of an inning, walking 4.

Last night's update via NationalsProspects.com
Quote
● Cayden Wallace started at third base. Like the 118th Congress, he did nothing defensively. However, at the plate the 23-y.o. singled, doubled, and scored a run. He also struck out twice.

● Luke Young pitched the final two innings to earn the save. He gave up one hit, walked none, and struck out none on 19 pitches (12 strikes).

from what i understand this is a hitter-friendly league, so not going to read too much into it.

here's last night's update:

- Hassell (CF): 3-5, HR, 3RBI, also threw out a runner at 2nd.
- Wallace (DH): 0-3, 2BB, R
- Romero Jr. (C): 0-4, BB
- Saenz (P): 2IP, 2ER, 3H, 2K, 0BB (gave up a 2R HR)

Not good. Just 2.1IP but a 11.57 ERA.

Saenz has a 9.00 ERA in 4IP
