I just bet on Georgia +6.5. Now they’re really screwed

Guessing 90% of Google searches now are “college football overtime rules”

I watched the entire overtime of Georgia Tech at Georgia last night. If you wanted to design an overtime system that would maximize the humiliation of the players, you would come up with something close to that. I appreciate the small touches like giving each coach a timeout during each untimed 2-play OT period (Kirby Smart was NOT going to let those go unused!) and the fact that they had to do the walk of shame to the other side of the field each time they failed to win the game.

Meanwhile, it's still early in Columbus. But in a game that Ohio State should win in a blowout on paper, Michigan is leading. I would absolutely fire Ryan Day on the spot if Ohio State does not win this game.

going 3 and out and missing a field goal after an interception on the Michigan 15 certainly didn't help.

Is Ohio State losing intentionally tp avoid the BIG title game?

Unbelievable. this is some of the worst QB play I've ever seen.  Can;t these schools buy better QBs?

why bother with the TO there? Why not take the extra second, draw the 5 yards for delay, and kick a 26 yard field goal instead of a 21?

Play action is pretty funny with thirty seconds left.

Interesting the broadcast would stick with the postgame brawl...generally they want to spare the viewers with the emotional distress...  :hysterical:

Their only quality win is against another team who can’t win a big game.

But the loss to Oregon was as impressive as any win probably.  I don't really care either way.  Oregon and Penn State should be fun actually.

I’m predicting quick exits for Indiana and Penn State once the playoffs start

It's hard to make the case that Ohio State is not one of the 12 best teams in the country despite what we saw today.
