And Marshall overcomes a 17-0 deficit to win in the 2nd OT.

South Carolina may have the best argument for the three loss teams

So do they go by head to head games or how the teams looked later in the season?

Glad to see my alma mater is going for a young energetic coach with some new ideas.

That's the trendy thing to do now, instead of picking a promising young coordinator from a successful program you pick a guy who has won for years and years at the lower levels of the game. It's worked well for Indiana.

I never heard the name Etienne until a couple of years ago.  Now it's like there are a hundred guys with that name playing football.

Well ok.  But  they won the conference and get an automatic bid.

Looked like a blowout. And now maybe a game. Franklin will probably find some way to mess it up.

I’m loving the SMU Alabama argument, meanwhile Indiana who lost to their only decent opponents is just in

I have to chuckle at some of these coaches.  SMU coach basically saying the committee would be cheats if his team didn’t make it. The best team they beat was Louisville. Would rather see Army. Just call it a patriotic advantage.

The committee said no punishment for playing a conference championship. Who is Indiana’s best win? Penn State’s?

SMU gets in over Alabama.  Didn't see that one coming.

If they didn’t, it would be the end of conference championships. As it stands, UVA and UNC should be elated. They SEC is going to have more interest in adding cupcakes than Clemson and FSU

Votes are in.  Let the crying begin.  Penn State seems to have a fairly easy draw to the semis.  Franklin will probably blow it though.

I think it sets up for two SEC, two BIG in the finals. I think it’s a tossup between now Penn state and Texas for the easiest path

I will say Texas and Oregon in the top.  Penn State and Notre Dame in the bottom.  Georgia seems to struggle no matter who the QB is.  ND hasn't;t really played anyone but maybe luck of he Irish.  Penn State loses to Oregon in a rematch.
