Good question! I assume in Sept that Millas is up full time and they perhaps bump catchers behind them up.
Lomavita isn't age inappropriate for A+, so he doesn't
need to move up. Pulled up Harrisburg stats and Max Romero, and former 9th round pick out of Miami, is only 24. Slashing .235/.298/.377 which isn't great but is a step up over his performance last year in Wilmington. I wouldn't be surprised if they quietly like Romero and want to see both him and Lomavita handle full seasons at their levels. I don't think the Nationals have ever rushed catchers.
