Given that it's a league with an antitrust exemption I'm guessing that there's not a lot of there there.

The antitrust exemption is Federal and this is being pursued as a potential violation of DC law, so it doesn't apply here.

Not clear if this has any merit, but the Lerners have never shied away from legally overcharging for beer, concessions, tickets, and a poor on field product.
